“Being Omar Rashid” is a short film that explores the theme of doubling, drawing inspiration from the famous cinematic works of Georges Méliès and Spike Jonze.
Through the use of visual effects similar to those employed by Méliès and the evocative representation of the experience of inhabiting someone else’s mind, typical of Jonze’s cult film, this short film transports the viewer into a surreal and engaging world.
Within a virtual space, numerous “Omar Rashid” move within the confines of the office, giving life to a distorted reality.
